Research Interests
As Polymer Chemist, I'm currently working on the design and formulation of advanced functional polymers for applications in energy, lithography, optoelectronics, batteries, photovoltaics, (flexible) displays, etc. My research interests include the development of various homo- and copolymers based on a π-conjugated sequence as well as original (co)polymers via various polymerization routes both in homogeneous and heterogeneous media. More recent investigations deal with the development of electro-and photo-active organic polymer inks for printed electronics, the engineering and functionalization of piezoelectric polymers for actuators and the use of "greener" routes and biobased molecules for the synthesis of original π-conjugated polymers.
