Research Interests

We have researched vapor-phase growth and epitaxial growth of compound semiconductors for applications of photonic devices. By forming high-quality thin-films utilizing the growths, we will realize high-performance photonic devices. In particular, we are focusing on
(1) vacuum evaporation and epitaxial growth of halide perovskite materials for photovoltaic applications,
(2) epitaxial growth of III-V compound semiconductors on periodically-inverted substrates for wavelength conversion devices.

Keywords
