Trends Research & Advisory is a private research institute headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with an office in Dubai. The institute has established a global network of offices and partner institutions across the US, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. The institute conducts research on diplomatic and security issues in the Middle East and actively collects and analyzes information on strategic developments in cutting-edge science and technology. It also disseminates policy insights. The ROLES (RCAST Open Laboratory for Emergence Strategies) is collaborating with Trends Research & Advisory through academic exchanges. This collaboration aims to establish a platform that will enable Japan to engage with the Middle East and the Gulf countries across government, industry, and academia to promote strategic science and technology development and social implementation.
