Research Interests

After human genome sequencing, now we are able to identify target proteins for drug development aiming cancer and metabolic disorders. We are focusing membrane proteins and nuclear proteins regulating human health and disease. We express these target proteins and make crystals to determine super fine structure. Using this information with the help of high performance computing, we are developing tools for dynamical analysis of protein-protein interaction or proteinlow molecular weight compounds interaction.
