Research Interests
We are conducting research on the development of medical support systems that apply machine learning technology with the goal of realizing a society in which patients can receive advanced medical care wherever they are. Our research aims not only to develop such systems, but also to develop systems that are truly valuable for medical care and to create medical knowledge that has not yet been clarified.
Specifically, we are currently developing technologies for detecting lesions in medical images such as CT, MRI, endoscopy, and pathology, and for detecting them with high accuracy. In addition to the above medical images, we are also conducting research in a wide range of fields such as surgery, psychiatry, and psychosomatic medicine.
