Research Interests
Drawing upon my extensive experience and insights gained from working at various government agencies, including Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Science and Technology Agency, National Land Agency , Economic Planning Agency, JETRO, and even as the Governor of Wakayama Prefecture, I aim to analyze the practical issues faced by national and local administrations from the perspectives of economics and public administration theory. Furthermore, by evaluating and analyzing Japan’s institutional framework from the international standpoint, I aspire to propose improved systems and activities for national and local public administration and government organization. Also desire is to provide guidances and inspirations to those currently involved in or aspiring to work in central and local government .
