Research Interests

The dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)is recognized as a promising next generation solar cell due to its low manufacturing cost and relatively high energy conversion efficiency. For further enhanced cell performance, the development of DSSC now being examined from the viewpoint of (1)the structure of metal oxide electrodes related to electron diffusion and transfer, (2)high conductive electrolytes related to redox reaction with long term durability and (3)the innovation of new dye molecules.
